Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream – Is It Worth It?
I’ve wanted to try this moisturiser out for a while now as i’ve heard some great reviews. It’s called magic cream because it really is supposed to transform your skin. It is the most award winning, celebrity loving cream out there, however it is £70 for a 50ml. I wanted to check out the hype and see if it really was worth the price. I did use my Cult Beauty discount though so I managed to get it for £60. Click my link if you want £10 off yours https://www.cultbeauty.co.uk/referrals.list?applyCode=SONIA-RZ4 or use code SONIA-RZ4
First of all the packaging is beautiful, it comes in a box which opens up with a message saying The Magic Dew Of Youth & Luminosity In A Jar – so cute. When I first opened the jar, the consistency felt quite thick but it really wasn’t. You only need a small amount and when you start blending it in, it literally melts into your skin. It has a rich creamy texture and smells incredible, the product feels luxurious. I used it in the morning for a few days and noticed I started to breakout which got me worried as I spent so much on it. However, I carried on using it as i’ve noticed sometimes new products tend to do this and a couple of days later it will settle. I’m glad I continued using it as my skin looks and feels amazing. It feels so hydrated and feels so light on my face. I use it every morning as a primer, it’s a great base for your make up. I only use it in the daytime and follow my skincare routine as it’s important to use the correct products in the correct order.
Overall, I would totally recommend it and yes it really is worth it, I guess it is magic. Even though it is a little pricey, for the results i’ve seen I really don’t mind paying that much. You can’t put a price on good skin right? If you’ve used it, let me know what your thoughts are on the magic cream in the comments.
